1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Segoe Media Center.
Mask of choice or the one I used,
Weescotslass mask 84

OK..Ya Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize and add the frame.
Image>mirror the frame.
Now..Duplicate it and Image>mirror the copy.
Grap your magic wand and click inside the top frame.
Selections>modify>expand 10. Resize &
Paste another paper of choice as a new layer.
Select none.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Dropshadow frames.
Resize and add the music notes all around as new layers.
Use your deformation tool to rotate a few.
Resize and add the Soft Rock wordart as a new layer.
Place it at the bottom of your frame.
I colorized mine, it's up to you.
Resize and add the guitar. Rotate a little.
Dropshadow all as you go along.
Next click inside the frame layer, &
add your tube of choice.
Place her where she looks best.
Duplicate the tube and drag the copy to the top.
Erase any parts you like!
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
