Supplies:
1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Copperplate Gothic Light
Mask of choice.
I used a round one.

OK. Ready This will be easy. :)

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize and addd swirl3 as a new layer.
Move it to the right side.
Duplicate>Image>mirror.
You should have one on each side.
Resize and add the brad1. Dropshadow.
Now simply resize and add the buttons.
Place to your liking.
Now the fun part as always! :)
Get Creative & Have Fun!
Resize and add some flowers, and any other
elements of choice all around.
All as new layers and dropshadow as you go.
Duplicate>Mirror> Flip and rotate as needed.
Add your tube of choice under the flower layers.
Place her where she looks best and dropshadow.
Erase any parts hanging out of the bottom.
Thats it! U R Done! :)

As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
