Ok..Let's Do It!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize the round string frame
and paste as a new layer.
Use your deformation tool to rotate a little.
Grab your freehand selection tool
and carefully trace around the frame.
Resize and paste another paper
of choice as a new layer.
Select none.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Dropshadow frame if needed.
Now the fun part as always! :)
Resize & add some flowers, ribbons,
bubbles, butterflies, and any other elements
of choice all around the sides
and bottom of the frame.
Dropshadow everything as you go along.
Use your deformation tool to rotate of needed.
Or image>mirror some.
Have fun with it! :)
Click back on your round frame
layer and add your tube of choice.
Place her where she looks best.
I dragged her under some of the layers.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
