Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize and paste a paper of choice into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize some of the heart doodles
and paste around your canvas. Dropshadow.
Resize and paste the torn circle
and then the bracket as new layers.
Dropshadow both.
Resize and paste the frame as a new
layer so it fits nicely over the bracket..
Dropshadow frame.
Resize the hearts, place to your liking.
Use your deformation tool to rotate.
Dropshadow as you go.
Resixe the ribbon, place it over your frame.
add any other elements of choice.
Click inside your frame layer
and add your tube of choice.
Place it where it looks best. Duplicate the tube
and bring the copy to the top layer.
Erase any parts you wish.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Add your Artist © and your Name and
