1 tube of choice & Font of choice.

Ok...Let's Do It!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize and paste a paper of choice into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize the glitter doodles
and paste around your canvas. Dropshadow.
Resize and paste the frame as a new layer.
Click inside using your magic wand.
Paste another paper of choice as a new layer.
Drag paper under frame.
Dropshadow frame.
Simply resize the flowers and leaves.
place them as new layers to the right.
Dropshadow as you go and use
your deformation tool to rotate.
Resize the heart string, rotate and place to the left.
Resize and add the ribbon, string, bow and butterfly.
Rotate if needed & Place to your liking.
Click inside your frame layer
and add your tube of choice.
Place it where it looks best. Duplicate the tube
and bring the copy to the top layer.
Erase any parts you wish.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
