1 tube of choice & Font of choice.

Ok...Let's Do It!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize and paste a paper of choice into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize some of the flower doodles
and paste around your canvas. Dropshadow.
Resize and paste the frame as a new layer.
Using your magic wand, click inside the frame.
Selections>modify>expand 5.
Resize and paste another paper as a new layer.
Select none.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Dropshadow frame.
Resize the grassy element.
Paste inside frame.
Dropshadow as you go along.
Now resize and add the waves.
Erase any parts hanging over the sides.
Resize some fish and paste all around.
Add a few blades of grass to the left side of your frame.
Use your deformation tool to rotate if needed.
Resize and add the purple ribbon at the bottom.
and any other elements of choice.
Now click inside your frame and add your tube.
Dropshadow tube and duplicate.
Bring the copy to the top layer
and erase any parts you wish.
Have fun with it, there is plenty to work with.
Add your tube of choice and dropshadow.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
