Ok Let's Do It!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Now resize and add the element 14 as a new layer.
I colorized mine, it's up to you.
Now resize and add the element 7.
Move it to the top left of your canvas.
duplicate and mirror again.
You should have 4 of these.
Dropshadow as you go.
Now add the round frame as a new layer.
Click inside using your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 8.
Resize and add another paper as a new layer.
Select none.
Drag that layer under your frame.
Dropshadow frame.
Add some of the flowers and leaves
to each side around the bottom.
Place them to your liking and dropshadow.
I also added a few flowers the the top
under my frame and paper layer. :)
Click on your frame layer
and add your tube of choice.
Place it where it looks best.
Resize and add a ribbon. Dropshadow.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
Hope you enjoyed my tutorial & thanks for trying it!
Until next time!
