Ok You Ready?
Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize and paste a paper of choice into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize and add swirl2 as a new layer.
Place it at the bottom left.
Resize and add frame5 as a new layer.
Free rotate to the right 90%.
Resize and paste the frame3 as a new layer.
Free rotate 90% to the right also.
Grab your magic wand & click inside this frame.
Resize another paper of choice and paste
as a new layer. Selections>invert>delete.
Drag paper under frame.
Now resize and add the wordart layer.
Resize and add some leaves and flowers
to the bottom of your frame.
Dropshadow as you go.
Resize the ribbon element and add it to the top left.
Add the staple to the top right.
Resize and add the bow above all layers.
Click inside your frame layer
and add your tube of choice.
Place it where it looks best. Duplicate the tube
and bring the copy to the top layer.
Erase any parts you wish.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.
Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
