Supplies:
1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Lavishly Yours ROB
Mask of choice or the one I used,
Weescotslass mask 218

Ok...Ya Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize and paste a paper of choice into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Now open a different paper.
On your materials pallette set the pattern/background
to this paper. Foreground nul/none.
Grab your Ellipse tool, set to circle.
Holding down the shift key, draw a large circle.
Confert to raster layer. Dropshadow.
Ok..Now paste the leaves as a new layer,
one on each side at the bottom.
drag them under your circle.
add some of the smaller flowers.
Use your deformation tool to rotate.
Dropshadow as you go.
Copy a bow, paste as a new layer.
Now add a few flowers and place them on the left side.
Next, grab your preset shape tool, and set it to a heart shape.
Most versions of PSP has it.
Hold down the shift key and draw out a
heart using your patterns set to a paper of choice.
Remember forground none.
Are ya with me??...Good!
Convert to raster layer & Dropshadow.
Now resize the heart 3 and add as a new
layer on top of the heart you just made.
Dropshadow and place them to the right side.
See above.
Add the flowers and a heart lock to each side at the top.
I image>mirrored one of the flowers.
Arrange them all how you like.
Next ...
Click inside your circle layer
and add your tube of choice.
Dropshadow.
Place it where it looks best. Duplicate the tube
and bring the copy to the top layer.
Erase any parts you wish.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
