1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used AL Charisma
Mask of choice or the one I used,
Weescotslass mask 84

Ok Let's Do It!
Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Repeat this step using a different color paper.
Now resize & add frame as a new layer.
Grab your freehand selection tool
and carefully trace around the frame.
Resize and paste another paper of choice as a new layer.
Drag that layer under your frame.
Resize the leaves30 and flowers18
and add them as new layers.
Using your deformation tool, rotate to your liking.
Place them at the top left of the frame.
Dropshadow as you go.
Resize and add the beads under the top right corner.
Once again rotate a little.
Now add your tube of choice.
Dropshadow & erase any parts hanging over the bottom.
Resize and add the flower doodle13 at the bottom right.
resize and add the vintage button, place it at the bottom left.
Now resize and add one of the bow ribbons.
Resize and add the roses as new layers.
Now add the pin. I mirrored mine.

As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.
Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
