1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used A&S Snapper Script

Ok...Ya Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize and paste a paper of choice into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize the element 21 and paste as a new layer..
Dropshadow & Duplicate that layer.
Using your magic wand, click inside.
Selections>modify>expand 6. Align Center
Add a new raster layer. Floodfill yellow.
Drag this layer under frames. Select none.
I added some effects>texture>
weave to this black layer.
Settings are 2,10,1 Weave and
gap color black, fill gaps checked.
Now resize and add the Element 28.
Free rotate to the right 90%
Move it to the right side. Dropshadow.
Duplicate that and image>mirror.
Resize and add the ribbon 20
Now add your tube of choice & dropshadow.
Simply resize and add some yellow and
black roses to the bottom of your tag.
Dropshadow as you go.
I also added some black
leaves and another ribbon.
Dropshadow as you go.
Use your deformation tool to rotate if needed.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layer. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
