Supplies:
1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Passions Conflict ROB
Mask of choice. I used a round one.

Ok...Let's Do It!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize & add a round frame, paste as a new layer.
Click inside using your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 8.
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Selectionsdelete on your keyboard.
Drag it below the frame layer.
Dropshadow frame.
Resize a few flowers and paste as new layers to
the left of the frame. Dropshadow as you go.
Resize one ov the tags and place
it at the bottom of the frame.
Add the shoes as new layers.
Paste a bow at the top.
Click inside your frame layer
and add your tube of choice.
Dropshadow.
Place it where it looks best. Duplicate the tube
and bring the copy to the top layer. Erase any parts
you wish. at the bottom of both layers.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
