Supplies:
1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
A&S SnapperScript
Mask of choice.
I used a round one.

Ok...Ya Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize & Paste the green frame as a new layer.
Free rotate 90%
Using your magic wand, click inside of frame.
Selections>modify>expand 6. Resize and paste another paper
as a new layer. Selections>invert>delete.
Drag paper layer under frame. Dropshadow frame.
On your layers pallette, merge down.
Resize and add the rubon/paisley doodle.
Duplicate it and image>mirror.
Use your deformation tool to rotate them how you like.
Next resize and paste the heart frame asa new layer.
Using your freehand selection tool,
Trace around the heart. Add a new raster layer.
Floodfill black.
Select none. Drag that layer under frame.
Dropshadow frame.
I added some effects>texture>weave to this black layer.
Settings are 2,10,1 Weave and gap color white, fill gaps checked.
Now simple resize and add some flowers, leaves, bows, buttons,
and any other elements you like all around your frame.
Dropshadow everything as you go.
Use your deformation tool to rotate if needed.
Have fun with it, there is plenty to work with.
And add your tube of choice. Dropshadow.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
