Supplies:
1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Edwardian Script
Mask of choice or the one I used,
Weescotslass mask 84

Ok...Let's Do It!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize some swirl doodles. Paste as a new layer.
Dropshadow. Duplicate>image>mirror>flip.
Arrange to your liking.
Resize and paste as a new layer the red heart mat.
Dropshadow.
Resize & add the frame, paste as a new layer.
Click inside using your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 8.
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Selectionsdelete on your keyboard.
Drag it below the frame layer.
Dropshadow frame.
Now simply resize some flowers,
hearts and any other elements of choice.
Dropshadow as you go.
Click inside your frame layer
and add your tube of choice.
Dropshadow.
Place it where it looks best. Duplicate the tube
and bring the copy to the top layer. Erase any parts
you wish. at the bottom of both layers.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
