Ok...Ya Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Now copy the rainbow paper from the kit
and paste it as a new image. Minimize it.
Go to your materials pallette and click on the background.
Choose the rainbow paper in your patterns.
Angel 0, Scale 100.
Foreground nul/none.
Ok now Grab your Ellipse tool and while holding
down the shift key make a large circle.
On your layers pallette, convert to raster layer.
I added some effects>texture>
weave to this rainbow layer.
Settings are 2,10,1 Weave and
gap color white, fill gaps checked.
Now choose another paper and copy/ paste as a new image.
Next so the same with your elipse tool, except...
Use the new paper from your materials/patterns.
Forground should be the new paper.
Background nul. Width 20.
Draw out a circle to go around your previous one
Convert to raster layer, and arrange them if needed..
Dropshadow this one.
Now click on your mask later and add the
Doodle beads. Move to the bottom left.
Dropshadow. Duplicate that, image>mirror.
Duplicate that one and image>flip.
Finally duplicate that one and image>mirror.
Place them to your liking.
OK, ya with me so far.. lol
Click back on your frame layer you just made and
resize and add any elements you wish around the bottom.
Dropshadow as you go.
I traced around a few flowers with my freehand
selection tool and copy/paste then as a new layer.
Add the wordart if you like.
Have fun with it!
Next Click inside your
frame and add your tube of choice. Dropshadow.
Place it where it looks best. Duplicate the tube
and bring the copy to the top layer. Erase any parts
you wish. at the bottom of both layers.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
