Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper

Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize and add the stardust doodle.
Move it to the left. Duplicate Image>Mirror.
Duplicate those and Image>Flip.
Add the Bracket frame, click inside with your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 4.
Add a new raster layer and floodfill black.
Select none. Drag that layer under frame.
Dropshadow frame.
I added some effects>texture>weave to this paper layer.
Settings are 2,10,1 Weave and gap
color white, fill gaps checked.
Resize & Paste the cluster frame as a new layer.
Using your freehand selection tool, trace around frame.
Add a paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete. Select none.
Drag paper layer under frame. Dropshadow frame.
On your frame layer merge down. Rotate to the left a little.
Now simply add the Love wordart as a new layer at the top.
Add the Star trail as a new layer at the bottom.
Image>Flip. Dropshadow as you go.
I added the ribbon under the stars,
and a bow and flower to the right.
Add a staple to the four corners, dropshadow.
Click on your wood frame layer and add
your tube of choice as a new layer. Dropshadow.
Place it where it looks best.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layer. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Add your Artist © and your Name and
