This will be easy!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.

Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.

Resize and paste one of the doodles.
Move it to the left, dropshadow & image>mirror.
Do the same with another doodle, but flip it first.
Place them at the bottom. Arrange to your liking.
Resize a little bigger the round tag.
Hold down the shift key and click inside all open areas.
Paste a new paper of choice. I used the black one.
Drag paper layer under frame.

Select none.
I added some effects>
texture>weave to this paper layer.
Settings are 2,10,1 Weave and gap
color white, fill gaps checked.

Resize and add a bow. Erase any parts
hanging over. Dropshadow.
Add some flowers and leaves
and any other elements
of choice all around the frame.
Dropshadow as you go.

Next Click inside your
frame and add your tube of choice. Dropshadow.
Place it where it looks best. Duplicate the tube
and bring the copy to the top layer.
Erase any parts
you wish. at the bottom.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layer. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.
Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
Hope you enjoyed my tutorial & thanks for trying it!
