Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
(I repeated following step with two different papers..
So..Image>mirror one, if you do.)
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize & Paste the round frame as a new layer.
Using your magic wand, click inside of frame.
Selections>modify>expand6. Resize and paste a nother paper
as a new layer. Selections>invert>delete.
Drag paper layer under frame. Dropshadow frame.
Resize and add the heart wore to the right.
Resize and add then rotate a few
of the dot doodles. See above.
One at the top and one at the bottom. Mirror & Flip one.
Now, resize the 3 hearts frame. Use your freehand selection tool
and trace around the one heart with the flower on it.
Leave selected and copy. Paste as a
new layer on your frame.
Hold down the shift key and grab your magic wand and
click inside both open areas of the small heart frame.
Selections>modify>expand8.
Resize and paste a paper.
I used the one with the words on it.
Drag that paper layer under frame.
On your layers pallette, merge down.
Duplicate that and resize it a little, 85%
Place then to the side as above. Resize and add the
one of the Wings at the bottom of your frame.
Next Click inside your
frame and add your tube of choice. Dropshadow.
Place it where it looks best. Duplicate the tube
and bring the copy to the top layer. Erase any parts
you wish. at the bottom of both layers.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
