Ok...Ya Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.

Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize &
Paste the frame with the watermellons as a new layer.
Using your selection tool set to rectangle,
Trace around the opening of frame.
Selections>invert>delete. Add a new raster layer
and floodfill with a color of choice. Select none.
Drag that layer under frame. Dropshadow frame.
Next resize and
add the round string frame at the bottom left.
Carefully trace around the edges
using your freehand selection tool.

Again add another raster layer. Floodfill black.
Select none.Drag that layer under the round frame.
I added some effects>texture>weave to this paper layer.
Settings are 2,10,1 Weave and gap color white, fill gaps checked.
Resize and add the borders, one at the top, one at the bottom.
Image>mirror>flip if you have to. Dropshadow.
Resize and add some flowers and a string or ribbon.
Play around with it. Dropshadow those.
I also added a few butterflies.
Next Click inside your round string
frame and add your tube of choice. Dropshadow.
Place it where it looks best. Duplicate the tube
and bring the copy to the top layer. Erase any parts
you wish. at the bottom of both layers.
I don't add any words until AFTER I resize my tag.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layer. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.
Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Add your Artist © and your Name and
words of choice & WooT!! You Are Done!
Hope you enjoyed my tutorial & thanks for trying it!
Until next time!
