Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
Layers pallette merge mask group.
Now repeat that step using a different paper.
Image>mirror one of the mask layers.
Now paste one of the frames asa newlayer.
I used the blue one. Click inside with your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 8. Paste
a paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete. Drag paper under frame.
Next..Resize some flowers and paste as new layers
under the frame and paper layer. Arrange to your liking.
Always Dropshadow as you go.
Next...Simply resize some of the beachy elements and
Line them up accross the bottom of your tag.
Don't forget to Add the Sunshine. :)
Now click on your frame layer and add your tube.
Place where it looks best and dropshadow.
Resize the Paradise wordart and add at the bottom.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layer. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
