Paste a round frame as a new layer.
Using your magic wand, click inside
the frame. Selections>modify>expand10.
Paste a new paper of choice. I used the black one.

I added some
effects>texture>weave to this paper layer.

Add some flowers all around the frame. Dropshadow.
Drag them under your frame and paper layer.

glitter doodle. Dropshadow as you go. Have fun with it.
Rotate with your deformation tool if needed.
add the B.F.F. Wordart. I colorized mine to match.
It's up to you.
Next Click inside your
frame and add your tube of choice. Dropshadow.
Place it where it looks best. Duplicate the tube
and bring the copy to the top layer. Erase any parts
you wish. at the bottom.See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the

the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
