Ok...Ya Ready?
This will be easy!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop
later. Floodfill white. Add a new raster
layer. Selections, select all.
Using your floodfill tool fill it black.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize the heart mat and paste
as a new layer. Dropshadow.

Resize the cluster frame and paste
it as a new layer. Using your

selection tool set to rectangle, trace around
the opening of the frame. Paste a paper of choice
as a new layer and then selections>invert>delete.
Select none. Drag paper layer under frame. Select none.
Resize a few flowers and paste them just under
the top corners of the frame. Dropshadow.
Resize the tag and paste just above the right top corner.
Dropshadow. Use your deformation tool to rotate it a little.
Resize & add another flower to the bottom right. Dropshadow.
Resize the wordart and the As If heart and add as new layers,
placing them where they look best. Dropshadow.
I used my selection tool set to circle and traced
around one of the screws on the frame.
Then copy it, select none and paste
as a new layer above the tag.

:) Dropshadow that also. Next Click inside your
frame and add your tube of choice. Dropshadow.
Place it where it looks best. Duplicate the tube
and bring the copy to the top layer. Erase any parts
you wish. See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layer. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..

Add your Artist © and your Name and
