Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper from
the kit into selection. Select none. Apply the mask,
and on your layers pallette merge mask group. I added some effects>texture>weave to this mask layer. Settings
are 2,10,1 Weave and gap color white, fill gaps
checked. Grab the paper frame with the heart in it,
resize and paste it as a new layer. Dropshadow.
Now using your freehand selection tool, trace around
the open heart area. Resize and paste another
paper of choice. Selections>invert>delete on your
keyboard. Drag that paper layer underneath. Resize
the folded paper and paste as a new layer on top.
Image>mirror. Line it up. Dropshadow. Resize one
of the tall grass. Paste as a new layer to the left side.
Dropshadow. Resize the sunflower9 element.
Place over the grass. Dropshadow. Resize the half
sunflower and place it at the bottom. Dropshadow.
Resize the flowerborder. Paste as a new layer
to the top right corner. Dropshadow. Now just resize
a few buttons and paste as new layers, to hold it
on. lol Resize and add the ribbon1 as a new later.
dropshadow. I also added another sunflower under
the frame layer at the top. Resize a butterfly and
paste as a new layer where it looks best. Dropshadow.
Now resize the ribbon3 and paste as a new layer,
placing it at the very bottom of your tag. Dropshadow.
Looking pretty good so far?
You can move your layers around and place
where they look best. And resize and tweak
as you go. Now simply add your tube of choice
and dropshadow. See mine above or make it your
own! As always mine is just a guide. Now X out
the bottom layer and your mask layer. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
