OK, Ya Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection. Select none. Apply
a mask, and on your layers pallette merge mask
group. Resize the frame and paste it as a
new layer. Using your magic wand, click inside the frame.
Selections>modify>expand 10. Paste another
paper of choice as a new layer and then
selections>invert>delete. Select none.
Drag paper layer under frame. Dropshadow frame.
Resize the leaves/stem and add as a new layer.
Move it to the right.
Dropshadow. I cut of the bit hanging over the bottom.
Resize the flower and paste as new
layer at the top right of the frame. Next duplicate
and resize a little smaller. Drag that one under your
leaves/stem. Now resize a few of the the ribbons and
place them at the top left of the frame. Rotate to your liking.
Dropshadow those. Resize the string, and paste as a new
layer at the bottom of your tag. Dropshadow.
Click inside your frame and add your tube of choice.
Dropshadow. Place it where it looks best.
Duplicate the tube and bring the copy to the top layer.
Erase any parts you wish. See mine above or make it
your own! As always mine is just a guide. Now X out
the bottom layer and your mask layer. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers. Position
all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90% Bicubic
resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
