Here is another one for you!
I have not had much MoJo lately.

1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used The IceCream Parlor.
Mask of choice or the one I used,

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection. Select none. Apply
a mask, and on your layers pallette merge mask
group. Resize and add the frame as a new layer.
Click inside frame with your magic wand.
Selections>modify8 Resize and
paste another paper as a new layer,
Selections>Invert then delete on your keyboard.
Drag paper under frame layer. Resize and
paste the flower a few times, just above
the masked layer. I used 3 then duplicated
them and image>flip them all. Dropshadow.
Next resize one and place it at the bottom
right of your framew, Rotate it a little to the
right. Resize the tag and place it as a new
layer at the top left of the frame. Dropshadow.
Next, resize the ribbon, and paste it as a
new layer accross your frame. erase the sides.
Dropshadow. Click inside your frame. Add your
tube of choice. Drag it under your frame layer,
place to your liking. Dropshadow. Duplicate the
tube and bring the copy to the top. Erase bits
hanging over the bottom. See mine above or
make it your own! As always mine is just a guide.
Now X out the bottom layer and your mask layer.
Merge visable the remaining layers. Un X the
hidden layers. Position all layers nicely. Image
Resize 80-90% Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..

Add your Artist © and your Name and WooT!! You Are Done!
