Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all. Resize & Copy and
paste a paper from the kit into selection.
Select none. Apply a mask of choice, and
on your layers pallette merge mask group.
Now resize the round Play patch, paste as a
new layer. Dropshadow. Now using your ellipse
tool, set width to 25. Resize a apaer from
the kit and minimize. Set it to a pattern in
your color pallette forground area. Background null.
Meaning X it out. Hold down the shift key,
and draw a circle, which will be like a round frame.
Convert to raster layer. Grab your magic wand
and click inside the circle you just made.
Selections>modify>expand5. Add a new raster layer,
and floodfill with your paint can black. You will
have to change your color in your color pallette first. :)
Select none, and drag that layer under the
circle we made. Dropshadow the frame. I added
some effects>texture>weave to this black layer.
Settings are 2,10,1 Weave and gap color
white, fill gaps checked. OK, now...resize the
three flowers, and paste them as new layers
along the bottom of your tag, dropshadow.
Resize and add all of the buttons. Making them
all different sizes. Place to your liking, see above.
Dropshadow. Resize and paste the clip as a new
layer, using your deformation tool to rotate it a
little to the right. Dropshadow. Resize the blocks
and paste where they look good as new layers.
Dropshadow. I also added the bow at the bottom
under the flower layers. Dropshadow. Resize the
wordart, and place to your liking. Now simply paste
your tube of choice, put her where she looks best
and dropshadow. Whew! I think that's it!
See mine above or make it your own! As always
mine is just a guide. Now X out the bottom
layer and your mask layer. Merge visable the
remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers. Position
all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90% Bicubic
resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
