OK, let's do this!
Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new canvas
700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all. Resize & Copy and
paste a paper of choice from the kit into
selection. Select none. Apply the mask,
and on your layers pallette merge mask
group. Paste the post card as a new layer.
Rotate it to the left 20%. Add a few of the
love doodles under that layer, rotate to your
liking. Next, grab the flower frame2 and paste
it as a new layer on top of the post card.
Using your magic wand, click inside the frame.
Selections>modify>expand 8. Resize & Add
a paper of choice as a new layer, And then
selections>invert and delete on your
keyboard, drag it under your frame. Dropshadow frame.
Now resize & add a bow to the top left of the
post card. Dropshadow. Paste the tulip as
a new layer, move it to the right bottom
of the frame, dropshadow. Image>mirror. Click
on your frame layer, and add your tube of choice.
Dropshadow. Now resize some flowers and place
around the bottom of your tag. Above your tube.
Place where they look best. See mine above
or make it your own! As always mine is just a guide.
Now X out the bottom layer and your
mask layer. Merge visable the remaining layers.
Un X the hidden layers. Position all layers nicely.
Image Resize 80-90% Bicubic
resample all layers checked.
Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Add your Artist © and your Name and WooT!! You Are Done!
