and paste the frame2 as a new layer.
Using magic wand, click inside frame.
Selections>modify>expand 6. Add a paper
of choice as a new layer, I again used paper 6.
And then selections>invert and delete

Dropshadow frame. Now click on your
masked layer and paste the string 1 as a
new layer, use your deformation tool
to rotate it a little, see above. Dropshadow.
Next, paste the flag 2 as a new layer, move
it to the right. Dropshadow. Duplicate that
and image>mirror. Now add some flowers around
the bottom. dropshadow those. Click inside your

and position where you want it inside the frame.
See above. I used the bigger tube in the frame.
Dupicate the tube, And drag the copy above
the frame layer. On the top tube layer...Erase
all parts hanging over you want. Add some butterflies
as new layers. Rotate to your liking. Dropshadow.
Next add some of the labels and the wordart
where they look best. Dropshadow. I also
added a bow to the bottom roght corner. Add
the full size tube if you have it, and dropshadow.
See mine above or make it your own! As always
mine is just a guide. Arrange all layers to your liking.
Now X out the bottom layer and your mask layer.
Merge visable the remaining layers.
Un X the hidden layers. Position all layers nicely.
Image Resize 80-90% Bicubic
