a sec while waiting for the upload in 4shared
to say thank you, or to leave her a shoutout!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a
new canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all. Copy and paste a
paper of choice into selection. Select none.
Apply the mask, and on your layers pallette
merge mask group. Now resize the lace
and paste as a new layer. Move it
to the bottom of your canvas and image>duplicate.
Move that one to the top of your canvas.
We are making a frame. :) Now Diplcate
it again and rotate it 90% to the right
and place to the right side, and duplicate
that and image>mirror. Place all layers so
they make a frame. You might have to
erase some off of the side pieces. Hide
your white background layer and your
mask layer, and merge visable the frame
layers. Un X all layers. Woot.
Using magic wand, click inside frame.
Selections>modify>expand 5. Resize &
Add a paper of choice as a new layer,
And then selections>invert and delete
on your keyboard, drag it under your frame.
Now the easy part, Resize and add some
flowers, leaves, and ribbons of choice.
Place all around your frame as new layers.
Have fun with it, there is plenty to work with.
Add a few butterflies. Click inside your
frame & Add your tube of choice, dropshadow,
and position where you want it inside
the frame. Dupicate the tube, And drag
the copy above the frame layer to the top.
On the top tube layer...Erase all parts
hanging over you like. See mine above
or make it your own! As always mine is
just a guide. Have fun with it! Now X out
the bottom layer and your mask layers.
Merge visable the remaining layers.
Un X the hidden layers. Position all layers nicely.
Image Resize 80-90% Bicubic
resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums.
