Get Comfy!...Let's do It!!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a
new canvas 700x700, you may
resize/crop later. Floodfill white. Add
a new raster layer. Selections, select
all. Floodfill black. Select none. Apply
a mask, and on your layers pallette
merge mask group. I added some
effects>texture>weave to this layer.
Settings are 1,10,1 Wave and gap
color white, fill gaps checked. Resize
the element #7 and paste it as a new
layer, duplicate and image>mirror
and flip. Do the same with the red hearts.
Paste the frame as a new layer,
using magic wand, click inside frame.
Selections>modify>expand 10. Add a
paper as a new layer, I used a black one
I had. And then selections>invert and
delete on your keyboard, drag it under
your frame. Dropshadow frame.
Add your tube of choice and erase any
parts hanging over the frame.
Dropshadow tube. Resize some flowers
and a bow and button, ribbon, and the
string, place to your liking. I also added
the heart tag to the top left corner.
Use your deformation tool. Have fun with it.
Dropshadow. See mine above or make
it your own! As always mine is just a guide.
Arrange all layers to your liking.
Now X out the bottom layer and your mask layers.
Merge visable the remaining layers.
Un X the hidden layers. Position all layers nicely.
Image Resize 80-90% Bicubic
resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white
layer before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..

Add your Artist © and your Name and WooT!! You Are Done!
Hope you enjoyed my tutorial & thanks for trying it! :)
