Easy Peasy Tut...Let's do It!!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a
new canvas 700x700, you may
resize/crop later. Floodfill white. Add
a new raster layer. Selections, select all.
Copy and paste a paper of choice into
selection. Select none. Apply the
mask, and on your layers pallette merge
mask group. Paste the frame as a
new layer, using magic wand, click inside
frame. Selections>modify>ecpand 8.
Add a paper of choice as a new layer
( I used a black one ) And then selections>
invert and delete on your keyboard,
drag it under your frame. I added
some effects>texture>weave to this paper.
Settings are 2,10,1 Weave and gap
color white, fill gaps checked.
Add the hear shaped frame as a new
layer, and do the same steps above,
using a different paper. Dropshadow frames.
Now add your tube of choice, erasing
any parts hanging over the bottom.
Dropshadow. Add the ribbon accross
the round frame layer, carefully using
your freehand selection tool, trace
around and erase bits hanging over.
See above. Now add some flowers
as new layers, place to your liking.
And dropshadow. I added a bow and the
safty pin to the bottom of mine. There
is pleanty to work with! Now add a few
of the wordats on each side, using your
deformation toll, rotate them around a little.
Dropshadow. Then paste a butterfly on
each side, mirroring one. Walla! See mine
above or make it your own! As always
mine is just a guide. Arrange all layers
to your liking. Now X out the bottom
layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden
layers. Position all layers nicely.
Image Resize 80-90% Bicubic
resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white
layer before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..

Add your Artist © and your
Name and WooT!! You Are Done!
