Easy Peasy Tut...Let's do It!!

Open your supplies in PSP.

Open a new canvas 700x700, you may
resize/crop later. Floodfill white. Add
a new raster layer. Selections, select all.
Copy and paste a paper of choice into
selection. Select none. Apply the
mask, and on your layers pallette
merge mask group. Resize & Paste the
gold oval frame2 as a new layer,
using magic wand, click inside frame.
Selections>modify>expand 10. Add a
paper of choice as a new layer. And
then selections>invert and delete on
your keyboard, drag it under your frame.
Click on your masked layer and add
lace3 as a new layer. Resize as needed,
making it a little bigger than your frame.
Lower the opacity on your layers pallette
to 75. Resize and add the roses as new
layers, placing them to the bottom left
of your frame. No dropshadow needed.
Resize the ribbontwist3 and add as
a new layer to the right of your frame.
Duplicate and flip it. Resize and andd
the pearl2 element placing it above
the ribbontwist layers. Now simply
resize the gold butterfly and paste it as
a new layer to the upper left of your tag.
Duplicate and mirror, and resize that one
a little more. Add your tube of choice,
dropshadow, and position where you
want it inside the frame. See above.
Now go to Effects>artist effects>sepia toning,
Set to 30 on your tube.
Dupicate the tube, And drag the copy
to the top. On both tube layers...
Erase all parts hanging over you want.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide.
Have fun with it! Now X out the bottom
layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..

Add your Artist © and your Name and WooT!! You Are Done!
Hope you enjoyed my tutorial & thanks for trying it! :)
Until next time!
