Easy Peasy Tut...Let's do It!!

Open your supplies in PSP.
Open a new canvas 700x700, you
may resize/crop later. Floodfill white.
Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Copy and paste a paper
of choice from the kit into selection.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize and add the frame with the
flowers. Using your selection tool set
to rectangle, outline the frame,
and paste a paper of choice as a
new layer. Selections>invert>delete
on your keyboard. Drag paper
layer under the frame & dropshadow
frame. Resize the bow and the
ribbons, arrange to your liking and
dropshadow. Resize a few buttons
and place at the bottom left of the
frame, see mine above. Dropshadow.
Resize the flowers, place where
they look best. Dropshadow. Add your
tube of choice, dropshadow, and
position where you want it inside the
frame. See above. Duplicate the tube,
drag the original tube layer below
the frame, the duplicated tube should
be above the frame layer. Erase all
parts hanging over the flowers.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide.
Now X out the bottom layer and your
mask layer. Merge visable the
remaining layers. Un X the hidden
layers. Position all layers nicely.
Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white
layer before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..

Add your Artist © and your Name and WooT!!
You Are Done!
