I am using the beautuful artwork of Bam Bam.
You must purchase a license to use this art.
You may do so at MPT.
1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used WaterBrushrob.
Mask of choice or the one I used,
Sabre Winter Mask HERE TY Hunny!
FTU Scrapkit Victorian Christmas
can be found at The Quill And Parchment,
also HERE An Awesome Kit!
Thank You Sabre!! Mwahhh!

Let's do It!!

Open your supplies in PSP.
Open a new canvas 700x700, you
may resize/crop later. Floodfill white.
Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Copy and paste a paper of
choice from the kit into selection, .
Select none. Apply the mask, and on
your layers pallette merge mask group.
Paste the corner swag as a new layer,
move to the left bottom of your canvas.
Duplicate>morror>flip, and align
the up so they make a frame.
Now on your layers pallette merge down.
You should have your white
background layer, your mask layer
and now your frame layer. :)
Carefully use your freehand selection tool
and trace around the frame.
Paste a paper of choice as a new
layer, selections>invert>delete on
your keyboard. Dropshadow frame.
Click on your paper layer, inside the frame,
& Add your tube of choice, dropshadow,
and position where you want it
inside the frame. See above.
Dupicate the tube, drag the original
tube layer below the frame, the
duplicated tube should be above
the frame layer. Erase all parts
hanging over the bottom of the top
tube. Now paste the lightpost as
a new layer, to the right, dropshadow.
Paste the Christmas tree as a new
layer to the left, dropshadow.
I resized and added some baubbles,
rotate them each a little. Dropshadow.
Add any other elements you like.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide.
Now X out the bottom layer and your
mask layer. Merge visable the remaining layers.
Un X the hidden layers. Position all layers nicely.
Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white
layer before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..

Add your Artist © and your Name and WooT!! You Are Done!
Hope you enjoyed my tutorial & thanks for trying it! :)
Until next time!♥
