Easy Peasy Tut...Let's do It!!

Open your supplies in PSP.
Open a new canvas 700x700,
you may resize/crop later. Floodfill white.
Add a new raster layer. Selections, select all.
Copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit
into selection, . Select none. Apply the mask,
and on your layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize and paste the notebook as a new layer.
Image>rotate to the left 90, the using your
deform tool rotate it a little more to the left.
Grab your magic wand, and while holding
down the shift key, click inside both open areas
of the notebook frame. Selections>modify>expand8.
Paste a paper of choice from the kit as a new
layer, and selections>invert>delete on your
keyboard. Select none. Now click on
your masked layer, and add a few of the
flower stems, resize a few & arrange to your
liking all around the notebook and dropshadow.
Resize and paste as a new layer the flower,
dropshadow. Duplicate a few times and place
around the bottom of the tag. Add your tube of
choice, dropshadow, and position where you
want it inside the frame openings. See above.
Dupicate the tube, drag the original tube layer
below the frame, the duplicated tube should be
above the frame layer. Erase all parts hanging
over. Paste the fuzzymess element as a
new layer and rotate to the left 25.
See mine above. Resize and add the paperclip
and use your deform tool to place to your liking.
Sharpen & Dropshadow. I then added the
tag to the paperclip and erase a bit so it looks
like its hanging from it. See mine as example,
or make it your own. :) As always mine is just
a guide. Now X out the bottom layer and your
mask layer. Merge visable the remaining layers.
Un X the hidden layers. Position all layers nicely.
Image Resize 80-90% Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Add your Artist © and your Name and WooT!! You Are Done!
Hope you enjoyed my tutorial & thanks for trying it! :)
