Easy Peasy Tut...Let's Goooo!

Open your supplies in PSP.
Open a new canvas 700x700,
you may resize/crop later. Floodfill white.
Add a new raster layer. Selections, select all.
Copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit
into selection, I used paper 12. Select none.
Apply a mask, and on your layers pallette
merge mask group. Resize & Add frame6 ,
Using magic wand, select inside frame.
Selections>modify>expand 8.
Resize & Paste paper of choice ,
I used paper 11,> selections>invert>delete
on your keyboard. Drag paper layer under
the frame. Dropshadoe frame. Now add snow
flowers and place under your frame above
the maked layer. Move to the right, so some
of the flowers are showing inside the frame.
Erase all parts hanging over. Dropshadow.
Duplicate the snow flowers and image>mirror.
See mine above for placement.
Resize the snow fence, and place it inside
your frame like mine, above the flower layers.
Dropshadow. It's meant to look like a bench in
my tag. lol Resize some ribbons and the mittens
or any other elements you want to add.
Paste them as new layers & Place to your liking.
Dropshadow those. Add your tubes of choice
and dropshadow. I typed some words to my tag.
Or make it your own. Mine is just a guide,
Add any other embelishments you like.
There are plenty to work with! :)

Image Resize 80-90% Bicubic resample all layers checked.
Add your Artist © and your Name and WooT!! You Are Done!

Hope you enjoyed my tutorial & thanks for trying it! :)
