Easy Peasy Tut...Let's do It!!

Open your supplies in PSP.
Open a new canvas 700x700,
you may resize/crop later. Floodfill white.
Add a new raster layer. Selections, select all.
Copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit
into selection, . Select none. Apply the mask,
and on your layers pallette merge mask group.
Add the round Frame with the ribbon attached,
Using magic wand, holding down the
shift key, select inside both areas of the frame.
Selections>modify>expand 10. Paste paper
of choice, and selections>invert>delete on
your keyboard. Drag paper layer under the frame.
Dropshadow frame. Now click on your paper
layer inside your frame and add tube of choice.
Place where it looks best. Dropshadow.
Duplicate the tube and bring the duplicated layer
to the top. Erase any parts hanging over and
parts covering your ribbon. See mine above.
Add the swirl doodle from the kit above your
masked layer. Place it at the bottom of your tag.
Resize some flowers, bows, and butterflies etc,
and any other embelishments you like. There
are plenty to work with! Place to your liking,
and dropshadow. See mine as example,
or make it your own. :)
As always mine is just a guide.
Place them where they look best with your tube.
Now X out the bottom layer and your mask layer.
Merge visable the remaining layers. Un X the
hidden layers. Position all layers nicely.
Image Resize 80-90% Bicubic
resample all layers checked.

Add your Artist © and your Name and WooT!! You Are Done!
Hope you enjoyed my tutorial & thanks for trying it! :)
