This will be quick & easy!...Ready, Set, Let's Go!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new canvas 700x700,
you may resize/crop later. Floodfill white.
Add a new raster layer. Selections, select all.
Copy and paste a paper of choice from the
kit into selection. Select none.
Apply the UFMask16 mask and on your layers
pallette merge mask group. Image>free rotate
to the right 90, Image>mirror mask layer.
Resize & Add the frame. Carefully using your
selection tool set to rectangle, outline the frame.
Now paste another paper of choice as a new layer,
then selections>invert>delete on your keyboard.
Drag paper layer under the frame. Dropshadow
frame. Resize and add the ribbon as a new layer
so it fits accross the frame. dropshadow. Resize
and add some flowers. Dropshadow. Now click
on your paper layer inside your frame and add
tube of choice. Place where it looks best.
Drag below the frame layer, Dropshadow.
Duplicate the tube and bring the duplicated layer
to the top. Erase any parts hanging over and
parts covering your ribbon. Add the swirls
and doodle from the kit above your masked layer.
Duplicate and use your deform tool to arrange them.
Now click on your whilte background layer..
Add a new raster layer again.
Floodfill this one black..
Apply the mask 84 here and on your layers
pallette merge mask group. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers.
Merge visable the remaining layers.
Un X the hidden layers. Position all layers nicely.
Image Resize 80-90% Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Add your Artist © and your Name and WooT!! You Are Done!
