An Awesome Kit & well worth it!
Thank you Diane! Mwahhh!

Let's do It!!

Open your supplies in PSP.
Open a new canvas 700x700,
you may resize/crop later. Floodfill white.
Add a new raster layer. Selections, select all.
Copy and paste a paper of choice from the
kit into selection, . Select none.
Apply the mask, and on your layers pallette
merge mask group. Open two different papers
of choice and resize. In your materials pallette,
set your background to one of the papers,
forground null. Using your preset tool, Elispe,
hold down the shift key & draw out a nice sized
circle, convert to raster & move to the center
of the canvas. Now make your foreground white,
background null, Using Elispe again, Holding
down the shift key, Draw an outline for the circle,
width 20. Convert to raster & Dropshadow.
Arrange it over your first circle layer. Resize
and add some elements on both sides of the
circle, I added a little bit of everything!
arrange to your liking or see mine above
for placement. Dropshadow. Paste one of the
ribbons accross the frame and carefully
using your freehand selection tool, cut off
the sides. Dropshadow. Add your tube of choice,
dropshadow, and position where you want it
inside the circle frame you just made.
Dupicate the tube, drag the original tube layer
below the frame, the duplicated tube should
be above the frame layer. Erase all parts hanging
over you want. I added another tube moved it
to the right, Image> and duplicated and mirrored it.
Resize and cut the so hot tape and add to
the top of your canvas, dropshadow.
See mine as example, or make it your own. :)
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layer.
Merge visable the remaining layers.
Un X the hidden layers. Position all layers nicely.
Image Resize 80-90% Bicubic resample all layers checked.
Add your Artist © and your Name and WooT!! You Are Done!

Hope you enjoyed my tutorial & thanks for trying it! :)
C ya next time!
