Easy Peasy Tut...Let's do It!!
Open your supplies in PSP.
Open a new canvas 700x700,
you may resize/crop later. Floodfill white.
Add a new raster layer. Selections, select all.
Copy and paste a paper of choice from
the kit into selection. Select none. Apply the mask,
and on your layers pallette merge mask group.
Copy & paste journalling 1 above the masked layer,
dropshadow. Now paste the love snow heart
and dropshadow. Resize a bow of choice
and paste at the top of the heart as a new
layer, dropshadow. Now add your tube and
place where it looks best. Dropshadow. Add
some flowers of choice or the one I used,
Flower 4, all around the tag. Paste as new
layers, drag a few under the heart and 1
above the heart, see mine above if you are
using the same tube. Copy and paste some
snowflakes all around the tag. Dropshadow.
There are plenty to work with! See mine as
example, or make it your own. :) As always
mine is just a guide. Place them where they
look best with your tube. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layer.
Merge visable the remaining layers.
Un X the hidden layers. Position all layers nicely.
Image Resize 80-90% Bicubic resample all layers checked.
