1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Sloop Script Three.
Mask of choice or the one I used,
Weescotslass mask 84 Found HERE TY Hunny!
PTU Scrapkit O Christmas Tree

OK..Let's Do It!!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new canvas 700x700,
you may resize/crop later. Floodfill white.
Add a new raster layer. Selections, select all.
Copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit
into selection, . Select none. Apply the mask,
and on your layers pallette merge mask group.
Paste the CT bling over your masked layer.
Then Paste tree 4 as a new layer, move it
to the right of your canvas, dropshadow.
Duplicate it then > image>mirror. Now add
the round holly frame. Click onside the frame
using your magic wand. Selections modify>expand 8.
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer,
and hit delete on your keyboard. Drag paper
layer under frame. Dropshadow frame. Resize
and add some flowers around the top of
your frame, I put mine under it. Dropshadow.
Resize the beargifts and the Christmas sign,
place one on each side of your tag, dropshadow.
Add a bow of choice to the bottom of the frame.
Dropshadow. See mine above for placement or
make it your own. Now click on the paper
layer inside your frame. Add your tube of choice.
Dropshadow. Erase any parts hanging over at
the bottom if needed. Arrange all layers to
you liking. Image Resize 80-90% Bicubic resample
all layers checked. You can X out the bottom
white layer to have a transparent bkg for forums..

Add your Artist © and your Name and WooT!! You Are Done!
