Open your supplies in PSP.
Open a new canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all. Copy and paste a paper
of choice from the kit into selection, .
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your layers
pallette merge mask group.
Add the round Frame , Using magic wand,
select inside frame. Selections>modify>expand 10.
Paste paper of choice, and selections>invert>delete
on your keyboard. Drag paper layer under the
frame & dropshadow frame. Now add a large
tube of choice and dropshadow. Making sure
it's inside the round frame. See mine above.
Resize some doodles, placing them just above the
masked layer, and arrange using your deform

doodle, using your freehand selection tool, go
around one of the large flowers, and copy.
Paste as a new layer and resize that about 150

those around the bottom of your frame.
See mine above. Add the next frame1 over those
layers. While holding down the shift key, using
your magic wand, select inside all open areas
of the frame, Selections>modify>expand>8.
Paste another paper of choice using the same
method above. Now add your tubes of choice.
Drag below the frame layer, position them where
they look best. One in each frame. Erase any parts
hanging out of the frame. Dropshadow.
Resize the give thanks word 1 & 2, Paste as
new layers, using your deform tool, rotate and place
where they look best. Light dropshadow.
Resize a few bows and paste as new layers.
Dropshadow. See mine above. Arrange all of
your layers to your liking. Now X out the bottom
layer and your mask layer. Merge visable the
remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.

Position all layers nicely.
Image Resize 80-90% if needed,
Bicubic resample all layers checked.
