Easy Peasy Tut...Let's do It!!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new canvas
700x700, you may resize/crop later. Floodfill white.
Add a new raster layer. Selections, select all.
Copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit
into selection, . Select none. Apply your mask,
and on your layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize & Add a frame. I used the plain
square one. Carefully using your selection tool
set to rectangle, outline the frame. Now paste
another paper of choice as a new layer, then
selections>invert>delete on your keyboard.
Drag paper layer under the frame. Dropshadow frame.
Now click on your paper layer inside your frame
and add tube of choice. Erase any parts hanging
over the bottom. Now get creative and resize
and add some flowers, and any other elements
you like. See mine above. There's tons to work with!
Paste them all as new layers and dropshadow.
Arrange to your liking. Now X out the bottom
layer and your mask layer. Merge visable the
remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90% ,
Bicubic resample all layers checked. Add words of choice.
Add your Artist © and your Name and Woo-Hoo!!
You Are Done!
Hope you enjoyed my tutorial & thanks for trying it! :)
