Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all. Copy and paste a paper
of choice from the kit into selection. Select none.
Apply a mask of choice here, ( I used a round shaped mask )
and on your layers pallette merge mask group.
Add CVFrame03, Using magic wand, select inside circle.
Selections>modify>expand 8. Paste paper of choice,
and selections>invert>delete on your keyboard.
Drag paper layer under the circle & dropshadow.
Paste CVFrame01 on top over those. Dropshadow.
Resize some CVButtons and CVStickers (flowers)
and place them around your frame to your liking.
Add elements of choice from the kit. I used the
CVBow01 & The CVTwisted Ribbons 1 & 2.
Resize and move around with your deform tool.
Dropshadow all layers. Then I added
CVDoodle 2 above the mask layer, and below the frames.
Duplicate and mirror & flip. Place to your liking.
Back to top layer, Add your tube of choice,
dropshadow, and position where you want it.
Dupicate the tube, drag the original tube layer
below the frames, the duplicated tube should
be above the frame layers. Erase any parts
you wish on top tube layer. I erased a part of her leg.
Arrange all layers to your liking and x out white
background layer, and mask layer and doodles,
Then layers> merge visable. Un X all layers.
Position all layers nicely.
Image Resize 80-90% if needed,
Bicubic resample all layers checked.
