●Ice Queen●

You will need a licence to this artwork
which can be obtained from CILM
1 or 2 tubes of choice & Font of choice.
I used WaterBrushROB, a pay font.
Mask of choice or the one I used,
Weescotslass mask 84 FoundHERE

Easy Peasy Tut...Let's Goooo!
Open your supplies in PSP.
Open a new canvas 700x700, you may
resize/crop later. Floodfill white. Add a new
raster layer. Selections, select all. Copy and
paste a paper of choice from the kit into selection.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group. Add the big
round frame2 , Using magic wand, select inside
frame. Selections>modify>expand 8.
Paste paper of choice > selections>invert>delete
on your keyboard. Drag paper layer under the
frame & dropshadow frame. Add the next frame6
over those layers. While holding down the
shift key, using your magic wand,
select inside all open areas of the frame,
Selections>modify>expand>6. Paste another paper
of choice using the same method above.
Now add your tubes of choice. Drag below the
frame layer, position them where they look best.
One in each frame. Erase any parts hanging out of
the frame. Dropshadow. Add some glitter doodles
under the frames and above the mask layer.
resize some snowflakes and place all around your
tag, see mine above. Light dropshadow.
Resize some flowers, bows and baubles,
or any other elements of choice & place to your
liking as new layers, dropshadow. Arrange all of
your layers to your liking. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layer.
Merge visable the remaining layers.
Un X the hidden layers. Position all layers nicely.
Image Resize 80-90% if needed,
Bicubic resample all layers checked.
Add your Artist © and your Name and Walla!! You Are Done!
