Easy Peasy Tut...Bundle up & Let's Do It!!
Open your supplies in PSP.
Open a new canvas 700x700,
You may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all. Copy and paste a paper
of choice from the kit into selection. Select none.
Apply the mask and on your layers pallette
merge mask group. Now add a round frame of
choice. Resize it so its just a little smaller than
your masked layer. Using magic wand, select
inside frame. Selections>modify>expand 6.
Paste paper of choice, > selections>invert>delete
on your keyboard. Drag paper layer under the
frame & dropshadow frame. Now add your tubes
of choice. Drag below the frame layer, and above
paper layer & position them where they look best.
Dropshadow. I resized a few snowflakes and
placed them under the tubes layer also. Now under
the masked layer, copy and paste the clouds all
around the frame, using the mirror and flip and
and rotate a few 90% so they are all around it.
Copy and paste the branches and ivy, using
your deform tool how they look best. Resize a
few flowers , bows, trees, and any other elements
you want to use. Make it your own,
This is a fun kit! Mine is just a guide. :)
Paste as new layers all around
your frame and dropshadow.
Now for the wordart...Ya ready?
Open and resize the word Winter from the kit.
Using your selections tool set to rectangle,
go around a snowflake and edit copy, then paste
that on your canvas twice, so you have two,
making sure you are on your top layer.
Then back to the word Winter, select none, and
once again using your selections tool, go around
the letter I from Winter & edit copy and paste
that as a new layer on your canvas. Now also
paste the word winter as a new layer on your tag.
Resize a scalloped heart and paste as a new layer.
Now arrange those layers on your tag so it says
"I heart Winter", see mine above.
Arrange all of your layers to your liking.
Now X out the bottom layer and your mask layer.
Merge visable the remaining layers.
Un X the hidden layers. Position all layers nicely.
Image Resize 80-90% Bicubic resample all layers checked.
Add your Artist © and your Name and WooT!!
You Are Done! Enjoy your new tag!

Hope you enjoyed my tutorial & thanks for trying it! :)
