Ready, Set, Let's Go!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new canvas 700x700,
You may resize/crop later. Floodfill white.
Add a new raster layer. Selections, select all.
Copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit into
selection. Select none. Apply the mask here,
and on your layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize & Add the frame. Carefully using your
selection tool set to rectangle, outline the
frame just a little larger than the opening.
Now paste another paper of choice as a new
layer, then selections>invert>delete on
your keyboard. Drag paper layer under the frame.
Dropshadow frame. Resize and add one of the
bows and paste as a new layer above the frame,
just at the top of the opening. Duplicate> image>flip.
So it looks like criss crosses. Resize & Copy and paste
the element 15 cutting off the ends to make it
fit the frame. Click on your criss cross ribbons.
Now add tube of choice. Place where it looks
good. Duplicate tube, and bring copy to the top,
& erase any parts you wish. Dropshadow bottom
tube, erase away any extra hanging over. I also
did the same thing with the friends string.
Paste one under the tube, duplicate and bring it
above the tube, erase any parts you need to.
Resize and add any other elements you like.
Resize & Copy & paste the doodles under the
frame and above the mask, using the deform
tool to rotate to your liking. I used 2 pink & 2 blue.
Make it your own, have fun with it! :)
Place all your layers to your liking.
Now X out the bottom layer and your mask layer.
Merge visable the remaining layers.
Un X the hidden layers. Position all layers nicely.
Image Resize 80-90% if needed,
Bicubic resample all layers checked.
Add your Artist © and your Name and Woo-Hoo!!
You Are Done!
Hope you enjoyed my tutorial & thanks for trying it! :)
