Ready, Set, Let's Go!
Open your supplies and minimize for now.
Open a new canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new layer. Selections, select all.
Copy and paste into selection a paper of choice.
Select none.Apply mask of choice.
On your layers pallette, mask layer, merge group.
Open two different papers of choice and resize.
Colorize if needed. In your materials pallette,
set your background to one of the papers, forground null.
Using your preset tool, Elispe, draw out a nice sized circle,
convert to raster & move to the center of the canvas.
Effects>Texture>Weave with these settings,
1, 7, 1 weave & gap color white, fill gaps checked.
Switching papers, (I colorized mine)
making it your foreground, background null,
Using Elispe again, Draw an outline for the circle, width 20.
Convert to raster & Dropshadow.
Arrange it over your first circle layer.
Choose a frame from the kit and paste as a new layer.
Grab your magic wand, Hold down the shift key
and click inside all open areas inside the frame.
Selections>modify>expand 10.
Add as a new layer another paper of choice.
Select none. Drag below the frame layer.
Now resize 2 flowers of choice, making them different
sizes and place them to the top right of your circle.
Dropshadow. Resize a leaf stem, dropshadow,
and duplicate>mirror. Drag these under
your flowers and arrange to your liking. Choose a bow,
and resize. Paste as a new layer. Move this to the
top left of the frame. Using your deform tool,
twist it a little to the left. Resize & add one of
the bunnys in front of the flower stems, see mine above,
Dropshadow. Resize and add another flower
of choice to the bottom left corner of the frame.
Dropshadow. Now add any other embelishments
of choice around your tag. I resized and colorized
some eggs and butterflys. Add your tube of choice,
dropshadow, and position where you want it inside the frame.
Dupicate the tube, drag the original tube layer
below the frame, the duplicated tube should be
above the frame layer. Erase all parts hanging over
the frame on both tube layers. Arrange all layers
to your liking and x out white background layer,
and merge visable. Un X bottom layer.
Position your merdged layer nicely.
Image Resize 80-90% if needed, Bicubic resample all layers checked.
