Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 650x650, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add another new raster layer.
Floodfill with a color of choice.
Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
resize and add elelment 14.
Next resize and add the round frame 29 as a new layer.
Click inside using your magig wand.
Selections>modify>expand 5.
Resize and paste a paper of choice asa new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
drag the paper under the frame.
Dropshadow frame.
Resize and add element 6 as a new layer.
Place it at the top right.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Resize and add some flowers to the left.
Resize and add the book element 12 to the right.
Now resize and add the rose element 1
as a new layer twice at the bottom.
Image>mirror one and place to your liking.
Add your tube of choice and dropshadow.
Now add the key and butterfly or any elements of choice.
Once you have everything in place and it looks good,
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

Hint: X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.

♥Hello Friends♥

Hello Friends!
Hope you all like the new look!
Sorry I have not posted any new tuts lately.
My Daughter was so sick then she was
in the hospital for the past 3 days.
She is 3 months pregnant and she somehow she got
E Coli and it led to a bad urinary tract & kidney infection.
They could not get her fever to come down.
I have been babysitting my
18 month old Grandaughter.
Needless to say I was too worried
to PSP or write up any tuts.
She is home and resting now and she
will have to take antibiotics for the
remainder of her pregnancy to prevent
premature labor and miscarriage.
So say a little Prayer for her and her unborn child♥
I did make this tag above awhile back.
I was going to tut it but can't
remember exactly how I did it. lol

Floodfill white. Add another new raster layer.
Floodfill with a color of choice.
Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Next resize and add the frame as a new layer.
Grab your freehand selection tool and
trace around the opening of the frame.
Add another raster layer.
Floodfill with a color of choice.
I used a red to match the frame.
Select none and drag this layer under the frame.
Use plugin Cybia> Screenworks>Hollow Dot setting.
Add your tube of choice as a new layer.
I added some Gradient Glow to my tube.
Or you can just Dropshadow.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

OK Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 650x650, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize the paper from the kit and paste into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
I used a heart shaped mask.
Select none.
Add the pink heart sparkles as a new layer.
Move to the top left.
Duplicate>mirror>flip.
Duplicate that one and Mirror.
Arrange to your liking.
Add the note paper as a new layer.
Rotate to the left a little using your deformation tool.
Resize and add the frame as a new layer.
Free rotate to the left 90%
Dropshadow.
Resize and add as new layers any elements of choice.
Add some flowers, bows etc all around the frame.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Add the Love wordart at the bottom..
Now add the pink ribbon.
Add the stickpin as a new layer, and some rose petals.
Place all to your liking.
Get creative! There is plenty to work with.
Next simply add your tube just under the Love wordart layer.
Erase any bits if needed and dropshadow.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

Select none.
Resize and add the frame as a new layer.
Move it to the left side a little bit.
Click inside with your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 10.
Resize & Paste the paper from the kit as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
Drag paper under frame layer.
Selections>select none.
I colorized this paper layer pink.
Resize and add as new layers the
Love wordart and the white hearts.
Resize and add the flowers, rotate to your liking.
Place them to the right side.
Now resize and add the pink heart frame..
Place it at the bottom right of the frame.
Trace around the opning with your freehand selection tool.
Paste a tube face of choice and selections
X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.

Resize a paper from the kit and paste into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your

Select none.
Resize and add the frame as a new layer.

Now resize and add the cluster ribbon.
I erased a bit off of both ends.
You can mirror or flip it, however you like.
Place it at the bottom of the frame.
Resize and add the bear and the butterfly as new layers.
Place all to your liking.
Once you have everything in place and it looks fabby,
Add your tube of choice.
Place her where you want her to go &
Drag her under the cluster ribbon..
Carefully erase any bits needed.
Dropshadow tube.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

OK Ready?
This will be easy!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 600x600, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add another new raster layer.
Floodfill with a color of choice.
I used Red.
Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Next resize and add the heart
element 1a as a new layer.
I resized mine 115% bicubic.
Resize and add as a new layer heart element 2f.
Drag this under the large heart
and to the bottom right.
Resize the flower 1j and add as
new layers along the bottom.
Dropshadow as you go.
Resize and add the hearts element 1f.
Place to your liking.
I added it twice and mirrored one.
Once you have everything in place,
erase the mask under the openings of the large heart.
Next simply add your tube and dropshadow.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
